The waitlist is not an offer
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract between you and CycleLink. It is not an offer, a promise or a guarantee of access to CycleLink, of any timeline, or of any service. We onboard from the waitlist at our own discretion.
Ownership
CycleLink Inc. owns the text, graphics, logos and other content on this site. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site at scale, attempt to breach its security, submit false information to the waitlist, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CycleLink changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
